Four Ambassadors seized the crown for deals this week with a 2 bedroom/2 bath on the 16th floor that sold for a 17% discount for $310,000 with conventional financing. This 990 sqft residence was previously asking $375,000. Four Ambassadors is one of the oldest buildings in Brickell built 1968 as a Sheraton Hotel and visited by the infamous Martin Luther King Jr. It was later converted into condos in 1981. The four towers on Brickell Bay Drive rise 20 stories and have a total of 744 units and include amenities of 2 pools and fitness center.
