Reach at Brickell City Centre topped the charts for deals this week with a 1 bedroom/1.5 bath on the 9th floor that sold for a 14% discount. This 810 sqft residence was previously asking $695,000 and sold for $600,000. Reach was the first tower at Brickell City Centre completed in 2016 located at 68 SE 6th St. Rising 43-stories, the 390 residences enjoy amenities of a pool, fitness center, hammam, business center, social room, indoor and outdoor kids play areas, and BBQ area.
