SLS Brickell topped the charts for deals this week with a 1 bedroom/1.5 bath on the 35th floor that sold for a 12% discount for $500,000 cash. This 649 sqft residence was previously asking $565,000. SLS Brickell is a 54-story condo-hotel located at 1300 S Miami Ave. Built in 2016, amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, spa, theater room, kids’ room, social room, business center, and resident-only rooftop pool.
Cedano Realty Advisors LLC was the listing brokerage and Franklin Realty Consultants was the selling brokerage.
