500 Brickell claimed the top spot for deals this week with a 3 bedroom/3 bath on the 17th floor of the East tower that sold for a 9% discount for $900,000. This 1494 sqft, northeast corner unit was previously asking $989,000 and closed with financing. 500 Brickell is dual tower residence built in 2008 with each rising 43-stories for a combined 633 units. Shared amenities include a lower pool deck, rooftop pool in the East tower, fitness center, sauna/steam room, game room, wine cellar, club room, and theater room.
United Realty Group Inc. was the listing brokerage and Miami Global Realty Inc was the selling brokerage.
