Four Ambassadors is one of the oldest buildings in Brickell. Built in 1968, it was originally a Sheraton Hotel and even hosted a conference lead by Martin Luther King. It was later converted into condos in 1981. The four towers rise 20-stories each and are home to a total of 744 units. The ground level commercial space hosts restaurants, salon, retail, and a theater. There is also a privately owned marina on site. Amenities include 2 waterfront pools and a fitness center. Residences currently start at $299,000.
