With the original building already demo’ed, construction should begin soon for this waterfront 46-story tower in South Brickell. This area has not seen a new building since Skyline back in 2001.
Virgin Hotel Brickell
Virgin Trains, Virgin Voyages, and now Virgin Hotel. Virgin Group has been busy making serious moves in Miami with its one-stop shop goals for travelers. The 40-story hotel with rooftop bar across from Brickell Flatiron is aiming to start 2020.
Construction has already begun at the former Perricone’s site for this 21-story, 252 room hotel.
AC Hotel by Marriott/Element by Westin Hotel
With foundation work underway, this dual hotel behind Brickell City Centre in West Brickell will rise only 24-stories.
Phase I and II of this three phase project in West Brickell are expected to begin in 2020. Rental restrictions are out the window on this Airbnb-friendly project.
Aston Martin Residences
Construction on this project has already begun. Foundation has been laid and has begun going vertical. This riverfront residence is guaranteed to change Downtown’s skyline forever coming in at 69-stories.
Okan Tower Miami
This 70-story condo-hotel in Downtown Miami is expected to begin Q1 2020 and soar to be one of the tallest in the city.
Legacy Miami Worldcenter
This ultra-lux condo-hotel at Miami Worldcenter is aiming to have the largest pool deck and start construction by mid year.
Construction is well underway at this condo-hotel in Downtown rising 31-stories with 453 units and featuring robot butler service.
Apartments are all the rage coming into the new decade. Construction has already begun at 400 Biscayne Blvd for this 49-story, 646 unit rental tower.
