It’s been years in the making but Brickell Flatiron has finally been completed. This 64-story tower soars above the Miami skyline as the 4th tallest in Miami and the tallest all-condo tower south of New York. The only taller buildings are Panorama Tower (rental apartments), Four Seasons (condo-hotel), and Southeast Financial Center (offices). New owners are anxiously preparing to move into the 527 residences with 95% of them sold. The demographics of buyers for this building is a little different than what developers are use to with 70% of them coming domestically from America. As for the commercial space, a Japanese entertainment restaurant based in London will be at the ground level.
