Miami Worldcenter has another feather to add to its cap with the launch of Legacy Hotel & Residences. The developer is Royal Palm Companies, who built Paramount at Miami Worldcenter which is over 95% sold. This 50-story tower designed by Kobi Karp will have 278 residences and 255 hotel rooms. Lavish amenities are already in the plans including a Singapore-inspired, glass rooftop pool with a bar, 7-story atrium, Miami’s largest pool deck totaling 1 acre, and an “adult-only” pool. Construction is expected to start by mid 2020.
