Miami’s list of proposed mega towers has some familiar brands as Downtown Miami and Brickell catch the eye of Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and more. Here are the currently proposed mega structures:
Waldorf Astoria in Downtown Miami will soar 100-stories with its 9 cube design by 400 Biscayne Blvd. Fully finished Junior Suites start at $700,000.
FECR’s project by 1201 Brickell Bay Drive has been a long time coming. This dual tower project rising 79-81-stories are proposed to consist of 600 condo and 220 hotel rooms. FAA approval was refiled with a construction date but no date has been announced.
Another FECR project is the redevelopment of One Bayfront Plaza in Downtown Miami from a small commercial building into a 92-story mixed-use tower by 100 S Biscayne Blvd.
