The Brickell Buzz: Rona meets Real Estate at Miami Worldcenter’s $60M Health Center

Rona, rona everywhere; when it will stop, nobody knows. But one developer is hoping to cash in on the global fear the pandemic has caused. Royal Palm Companies, the developer of Miami Worldcenter’s Legacy Hotel & Residences, is planning to add a $60 million health center to the project’s list of amenities. The 100,000 sqft space will offer a multitude of medical services to hotel guests and condo owners like access to physicians, lab, pharmacy, diagnostic center, various imaging, and rooms with ventilators.

Legacy Hotel & Residences is a 60-story project at Miami Worldcenter will include 256 hotel rooms and 274 condos starting in the $300,000s with groundbreaking set for Fall 2020.
