Newgard has announced a 59-story riverfront tower, Two Riverside. It will be located next to the dual tower complex, One Brickell Riverfront, where Lofty Brickell is already under construction. The “signature development” will include 169 residences, over 1000 sqft of ground level commercial space and public riverwalk. Parking will be provided next door at Lofty Brickell.
